Picks up where /ship leaves off. Merges the PR, monitors CI and deploy workflows, then runs canary checks against the live site to confirm production health. On first use, it does a dry-run validation of your deploy infrastructure before touching anything.
Combines merge, deploy monitoring, and production health verification into one command instead of manually watching GitHub Actions, polling the site, and deciding whether to revert.
When to use it
- Merging a PR and watching the GitHub Actions deploy workflow complete
- Catching a broken production deploy before users notice
- Running pre-merge readiness checks on reviews, tests, and changelog updates
- Verifying a Vercel or Fly.io app loaded correctly after a push
- Rolling back a bad merge with a revert commit when canary checks fail
