What This Skill Does
Prepares meeting materials by pulling context from Notion pages, layering in Claude's research and industry knowledge, then generating two documents: an internal pre-read for attendees and an external-facing agenda. Both are saved directly to Notion and cross-linked.
Instead of manually hunting through Notion, writing two separate docs, and remembering to link them together, this handles the full prep cycle in one pass.
When to use it
- Pulling last quarter's meeting notes and project status into a pre-read before a customer review
- Building a timed agenda for a product decision meeting with options and decision points laid out
- Gathering sprint history from Notion tasks to prep a status update for stakeholders
- Drafting an executive review doc that distinguishes internal metrics from external talking points
- Creating a pre-meeting brief for a technical discussion that explains architecture choices to a mixed audience
