What This Skill Does
Reviews development plans from a CEO/founder perspective before implementation. Challenges the problem framing, surfaces implementation alternatives, and runs a ten-section analysis covering architecture, error handling, security, performance, and deployment risk. Four modes control scope posture: expand, selectively expand, hold, or reduce.
Rather than running architecture, security, error-handling, and deployment reviews as separate passes, a single invocation covers all ten sections with explicit gap identification, failure mode registries, and ASCII diagrams as required outputs.
When to use it
- Running a 10x ambition check on a feature plan before writing any code
- Challenging problem framing when a plan might be solving the wrong thing
- Cutting scope on an overbuilt plan down to what actually needs to ship
- Mapping unrescued error paths and failure modes the plan didn't explicitly cover
- Choosing a scope posture — expand, hold, or cut — before a sprint starts
