Searches the web using Brave's Search API and returns ranked results with snippets, URLs, and thumbnails. Supports freshness filters, SafeSearch, pagination, and Goggles for custom result ranking.
Returns web, news, video, discussion, and FAQ results in a single API call, so you don't need to scrape multiple sources or parse raw HTML.
When to use it
- Looking up recent documentation or changelogs for a library
- Pulling structured product or recipe data from search results
- Filtering search results to specific domains with Goggles
