What This Skill Does
A structured workflow for co-authoring documents with Claude. It guides users through three stages: context gathering, section-by-section drafting with iterative refinement, and reader testing using a fresh Claude instance to catch blind spots before sharing.
Rather than writing freeform and hoping the doc lands, this workflow catches gaps and ambiguities by testing the finished doc with a context-free Claude instance before anyone else reads it.
When to use it
- Drafting a technical spec by dumping meeting notes and letting Claude ask clarifying questions
- Writing a decision doc with structured brainstorming for each section before committing to content
- Testing a proposal against reader questions before sending it to stakeholders
- Co-authoring an RFC where the author has context but needs help organizing it into a readable structure
- Generating alt-text for images in a shared doc so Claude-assisted readers can understand the visuals
